Cancellation Policy
•A non-refundable deposit will be required to book which will go towards your total at the end of your appointment
• I understand life happens, so if you need to cancel or reschedule please try to keep it between a 48-hour notice if done so your deposit will go towards your rescheduled date
• A 15 minute grace period is provided after that you appointment will either be cancelled or you'll be added a late fee
• No extra guest in the salon while you're getting your service done
• No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of service
